# Overview.Admin

## What it does for you

Customer Portal gives signed-in customers one place for their account: support requests, preferences, and the self-service links you choose to show. You decide which cards and links appear.

## Your screens

- **Your portal**: the dashboard a signed-in customer sees.
- **Self-service links**: the links and cards you expose to customers.
- **Support requests**: requests customers have submitted.

## What you can do

- Choose which cards and self-service links customers see.
- Review the support requests customers submit.
- Give customers a single place to manage their account.

## Where to find it

Go to **Customer Portal** in the admin to choose what customers see. Customers reach it via **Open customer portal** once signed in.

## Good to know

- Give signed-in customers one place for their account.
- Choose which **self-service links** appear, so the portal stays simple.
- Customers can **Submit request** for support from their portal.
