# What this theme gives you

Bistro turns a restaurant website into an evening journey: visitors move from the atmosphere and the chef's story into the current menu, signature dishes, practical visit details, and a clear reservation path.

## How to use it

1. Activate **Bistro** from Capell's theme-management surface.
2. Choose **Bistro Noir**, **Bistro Daylight**, or **Bistro Brasserie** in Theme Studio, then adjust the normal theme controls.
3. Build pages in Layout Builder using the Bistro restaurant sections and the shared Foundation sections.
4. Enter current menu prices, dietary notes, hours, reservation details, contact information, and image descriptions.
5. Preview desktop and mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, and reduced motion before publishing.

## Restaurant sections

- **Cinematic stage** for a short three-to-five-beat restaurant story.
- **Menu rail** for a swipeable, keyboard-accessible run of dishes.
- **Menu board** for dinner chapters and prices, including a tasting-menu variant.
- **Chef story**, **dish gallery**, **review wall**, and **private dining** storytelling.
- **Hours and location** plus a reservation banner with safe fallbacks.

## Good to know

- Keep stage stories concise. Three beats usually make the strongest opening; five is the enforced maximum.
- Bistro never hides content behind animation. Reduced-motion visitors see the same story in a stacked layout.
- Bookings is used first when installed, followed by Form Builder. Without either package, visitors can call or email the dining room.
- The demo business, people, menu, prices, telephone number, address, and email are fictional. Replace them before publishing.
- The theme presents restaurant content but does not create bookings, take payments, or manage menu inventory by itself.
