Using Translation Manager

This guide is for editors who translate content and owners deciding which languages to support. Every step uses the labels you see on screen.

  1. Go to Translation Manager and choose Translate into for the locale you want to complete.
  2. Review the locale work queue. It shows Missing, Stale, Changed, Extra, Fallback, and Ready counts.
  3. Click Continue translating to open the next actionable file and key. The order is stable: missing, stale, then changed, followed by file and key order.
  4. File work starts at Needs attention. Use Advanced filters and tools when you need to inspect complete entries or specialist source/file controls.
  1. Go to Translation Manager.
  2. Open Advanced filters and tools, then choose Create locale and choose the language.
  3. Save. You can now translate content into it.
